What is the Brock Book Guide?
The BBG is a structured coaching tool that uses your current book as a reflection anchor. You receive a guided worksheet for that title, then join a 30-minute 1:1 call with Brock to work through the insights — connecting what you're reading to what your body is experiencing.
Why is there a 30-day waiting period for bodywork?
The 30-day period is not a gatekeeping measure — it is preparation. Before your first session, Brock uses your Check-In App data, worksheets, and 1:1 calls to understand the specific signals and patterns of your nervous system. That way, your first bodywork session is not generic. It is built around what your body has actually been communicating for the past month. Members who go through this process consistently report sessions that feel far more targeted and effective than walk-in bodywork.
What kind of bodywork does Level One use — and what does it not use?

What Level One does not use: deep tissue work, stimulating pressure, or techniques designed to excite or activate the body.
